| Caspar Graf Stauffenberg is the managing director of Aequos Endoprothetik GmbH. After studying business management in Germany and England , Graf Stauffenberg was project director for an international strategy consulting company, before becoming the managing director of a subsidiary of a German food product company. Since 1999, Graf Stauffenberg has worked as a managing director in the field of medical technology. In previous years, he has orchestrated the growth, merger and restructuring of small and mid-sized companies. Graf Stauffenberg is member of the investment group that owns shares in Aequos. The stated goal of the investment group is help launch innovative and high-potential technologies, products and services. |

Dr. med. Dr. med. habil. Stefan Madaus is the chairman of the advisory board. In addition, he serves as contact person for opinion and policy makers in the context of medical and scientific discussions. After medical school, Dr. Madaus worked in South Africa before completing his residency in internal medicine and nephrology and acquiring his Habilitation at the Klinikum Rechts der Isar in Munich . After extensive clinical and scientific work, Dr. Madaus chose a career in business management of medical technology companies. He started his own company in the field of sleep medicine eleven years ago with two business partners. Within five years, he led the company to become market leader in Germany . Over the last few years, Dr. Madaus has largely worked on the advisory and supervisory boards of several medical technology companies, helping them increase market share. Dr. Madaus is the head of the investment group that owns shares in Aequos.
